This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a medical-wellness environment and values a personalized, outcomes - focused approach to patient care. Job Overview This role is ideal for an instructor who is passionate about working in a clinical setting and collaborating with physical therapists to deliver safe, effective, and personalized Pilates sessions. We are looking for a Pilates Instructor who has experience working within a clinical environment and is interested collaborating closely with our physical therapy team. This role focuses on delivering thoughtful, individualized sessions that support both recovery and performance. You will work with patients at various stages—from post-rehabilitation to general wellness, helping them build strength, improve movement quality, and gain confidence in their bodies. Responsibilities Lead one-on-one Pilates sessions tailored to individual needs and goals Partner with physical therapists to ensure programming aligns with treatment plans Adapt exercises based on injury history, movement limitations, and progress Guide patients in proper form, movement awareness, and injury prevention strategies Maintain a professional, welcoming, and patient-focused environment Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor (comprehensive certification preferred; reformer experience required) Experience working with injuries or in a clinical/post-rehab setting preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, and biomechanics Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset Passion for patient-centered care and long-term wellness What We Offer A collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Consistent opportunity for one-on-one, individualized client care Competitive compensation based on experience If you're interested in bringing Pilates into a clinical, team-based setting and making a meaningful impact on patient care, we'd love to connect.
