Role Overview:

Seeking a Full-Time CT Clinical Instructor & Advanced Modality Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, train staff and students, and ensure quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, independently performing studies, developing protocols, and communicating with affiliated program directors. The role involves training and onboarding new technologists, supervising clinical activities, and maintaining educational records. The instructor promotes hands-on learning, supports professional development, and updates training materials as needed. This safety-sensitive position requires working with advanced imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, and others.

Qualifications & Skills:

Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency Certification as R.T.(R) and/or in CT, MRI, or related specialties 2-5 years of CT experience; 5-10 years preferred Experience as a clinical educator or preceptor is advantageous Strong communication, safety awareness, and teaching skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Duties:

Perform diagnostic imaging studies independently and in various settings Train and supervise students and new staff, ensuring compliance with safety and hospital protocols Develop and implement complex clinical protocols Coordinate with program directors and attend clinical meetings Maintain accurate training and competency records Promote ongoing education and professional development within the team
