Job Summary
Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with at least two years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages and a commitment to academic and patient-centered excellence.
Job Duties
We're seeking energetic core faculty to join our 6+6+6 Family Medicine Residency Program in Northeastern Pennsylvania at one of the nation's leading integrated health systems.

An opportunity to precept a resident led Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) clinic
60% FTE dedicated to resident teaching
No inpatient or OB coverage

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
- salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience
Recruitment incentives up to $250,000 (not applicable for internal, lateral transfers)
Continuing medical education - 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
Paid relocation (not applicable for internal, lateral transfers)
Retirement plans - 401k, 403(b), and 457(b)
Medical malpractice with lifetime tail coverage
Academic involvement with medical students and residents

Position Details
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have at least two years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages and be American Boards of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Boards of Family Medicine (AOBFM) board certified. Prior teaching experience (residents and/or students) is preferred. Education
