Job Description

Providence Family Medicine Residency Program is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join the faculty with its Chehalis Rural Training Program, located in beautiful Southwest Washington. Practice and teach outpatient Family Medicine with prenatal care. Teaching experience is not required, but the ideal candidate must have a passion for rural medicine as well as teaching and practicing within a patient-centered medical home. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and growing residency program as well as our physician-led, Providence-employed medical group, which offers robust cross-specialty peer collaboration and business infrastructure. Full-time Faculty position Focus on outpatient Family Medicine with prenatal care Teaching experience is not required Ideal candidate must have a passion for rural medicine Compensation is between $217,633 and $237,552 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them Where You'll Work The Providence St. Peter Family Medicine Chehalis Rural Training Program is an accredited program operated in affiliation with the University of Washington Network of Family Practice residencies. The residency is an approved site for both National Healthcare Service Corps and Washington Student Achievement Council student-loan repayment programs. A tight-knit staff dedicated to caring for an underserved rural population has earned the Rural Training Program a National Committee for Quality Assurance Level 3 recognition.
