Some of our students are just coming out of high school and are deciding what to do next. Others have been in the workforce for years and are looking to change careers. Your work is to understand what each of them is trying to accomplish, explain their options honestly, and stay with them through enrollment and into their first weeks of class. You should be able to track prospective students at many different stages of the process without losing anyone, and you should be the kind of person who calls on the day you said you would call, in a slow week as well as a busy one. You should remember what a student told you three weeks ago and bring it up the next time you speak. Experience in a role where your results were measured translates well here, including fitness memberships, dental or medical treatment coordination, insurance, staffing, hospitality, retail management, and property leasing. Our own graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior admissions experience is not required. Compensation and Benefits From $24.00 per hour, with vision insurance and paid time off. Schools participating in federal student aid programs are prohibited from paying admissions staff any bonus tied to enrollment numbers, and your compensation is never affected by how many students you enroll.
