GED Full Job Description Overview:
Supports Surgical Services by verifying the presence of History and Physical and permit order on each surgery chart prior to day ,Jf surgery. Interfaces with the surgeon's office to retrieve required Documentation.
Responsi:
Jle for scheduling appointments for the Pre-Admission Center. Effective communication required with all interactions.
Qualifications:
Education required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
One year work experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage situations related to family and visitors, patients of varied ages and other hospital departments. A positive attitude toward healthcare members and diverse patient populations. Exhibits diplomacy and time management skills. Demonstrates efficiency and organizational skills. Detail oriented. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
