Job Description
Aide May be assigned as an instructional paraprofessional, or in various capacities including technology instruction, special needs, clerical/registrar, or other duties as assigned. New hires with the district are required to attend an orientation. More than one position per category may become available and applicants may be considered for placement throughout the district based upon appropriate and current Alabama Certification credentials. Prior to employment, all potential employees must present evidence of a clear status resulting from a (self-pay) background check through the Alabama State Department of Education. Salary schedules are available on the MSCS website. Job descriptions are available at the MSBOE Central Office, 3200 S. Wilson Dam Road, Muscle Shoals, AL 35661. All positions are posted to meet the minimum number of days required by state regulations and are open until filled by the Muscle Shoals Board of Education.
