Position Summary The Manager of Enrollment Services Operations is responsible for providing professional support to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Services, the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Vice President of Enrollment Management, departmental team members, university faculty and staff, and prospective students and families. The Manager of Enrollment Services Operations maintains departmental budgets, manages inventory, and assists with budgetary needs for Enrollment Services offices, including the Office of Strategic Communication, Enrollment Systems and the Veterans & Military Resource Center. This role also proactively supports departmental initiatives, including but not limited to preview days and campus tours. The person in this position will work with and report to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Services. Job Duties and Responsibilities Overall
  • Provides assistance to the director and other Enrollment Services team members to support departmental projects, initiatives, and programs
  • Actively engages with team members and assesses office needs to ensure a high level of productivity and customer service
  • Other duties as assigned to promote and support the Office of Admissions & Enrollment Services Budget
  • Oversees all quotes, orders, and delivery of departmental materials
  • Completes all approved requisitions
  • Provides assistance with budgetary forecasting and departmental spending analyses
  • Maintains accurate and organized budget records related to all departmental spending, including but not limited to operational spending, travel, print materials, and promotional items
  • Maintains accurate account of inventory
  • Submits all related budgetary reporting forms on time, including but not limited to fuel logs, P-cards, TR-1s, etc.
  • Reviews and processes all requested application fee waivers promptly
  • Reconciles all application fee payments monthly and accurately reports records to the financial accounting office Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Education and/or Experience The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree with a major in management, public administration, or related field; plus two years of experience in program administration or related area. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these requirements. Preferred Education and/or Experience Minimum two (2) years of experience within an office setting
  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Native Banner, Slate, and ARGOS systems.
