Job Purpose:

The Admissions Coordinator oversees the intake and admissions process while representing the facility professionally in the community. This position requires excellent communication skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to guide residents and families through the transition to long-term or short-term care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full admissions process, ensuring accurate clinical assessments and smooth resident onboarding Review referrals, coordinate with hospitals, physicians, and case managers Conduct on-site and off-site assessments as needed Assist families with questions, tours, and support during decision-making Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners Participate in marketing outreach, community events, and facility promotions Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:
