Your function is to serve as the first substantive contact point for families considering this alternative. On a weekly basis, you will respond promptly to incoming inquiries, shepherd families through the admissions workflow, and advance them from curiosity to completed enrollment. You will also serve as a representative of Novatio School at community events to cultivate new prospects and expand awareness in your area. During slower enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while remaining prepared for the next admission cycle. What you will be doing Reaching out to new inbound prospects within 24 hours and beginning admissions discussions via phone Describing Novatio School's virtual structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language Maintaining disciplined follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application to final enrollment Recording all engagements in a CRM system with detailed notes, identified next actions, and current pipeline status Planning and facilitating local recruitment activities in Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and collect prospective leads What you will NOT be doing Allowing inbound prospects to remain uncontacted while focusing on administrative tasks Relying on inflexible scripts or functioning as a high-volume call center operator Participating in events as a passive observer without actively presenting or capturing leads Devoting most of your time to back-office responsibilities during periods of active enrollment demand Key Responsibilities Transform incoming family interest into qualified, well-informed applicants who successfully complete enrollment at Novatio School.
