Summary The Marketing/Admissions Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director and in collaboration with the other marketing and admissions team members, Social Services Manager and Director of Nursing to facilitate the marketing efforts with potential residents, family members, responsible parties, referral sources and others as well as the admissions process. The Marketing/Admissions Manager is responsible for actively marketing the facility and coordinating the entire admissions process, working with the Director of Nursing and Business Office Manager to ensure all pre-verifications and admissions tasks are completed. Responsibilities Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for prospective residents and their families. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract new residents. Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate potential clients about our services. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess the needs of incoming residents. Maintain accurate records of admissions activities and outcomes for reporting purposes. Foster relationships with community organizations to enhance outreach efforts. Provide guidance and support to families throughout the admissions journey. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in admissions processes. Qualifications Proven experience in admissions or recruiting within healthcare or educational settings. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience working with students or families in an educational or healthcare context. Familiarity with education administration processes is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with prospective residents and staff. Ability to educate others about services offered and navigate complex situations compassionately. Experience with Ellucian or similar systems is a plus but not required.
