Job Description

Rancho Solano Preparatory School (RSPS) is seeking an energetic and passionate individual looking to help Arizona families in their school search process. The Assistant Director of Admissions serves as the first point of contact for families and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, personalized admissions experience. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, this position guides families through every stage of the admissions process, from initial inquiry through enrollment, while fostering meaningful relationships that reflect Rancho Solano Preparatory School's commitment to academic excellence and exceptional customer service. The Admissions Coordinator collaborates closely with school leadership, faculty, and staff to support enrollment goals, strengthen family engagement, and ensure a seamless admissions experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Assistant Director of Admissions is responsible for supporting all aspects of the admissions and enrollment process for prospective families including but not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing timely, professional, and personalized communication throughout the admissions process. Build strong relationships with prospective families while representing Rancho Solano's mission, values, and educational philosophy. Manage the admissions pipeline from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up with prospective families. Coordinate, schedule, and conduct campus tours, shadow visits, parent meetings, admissions assessments, and student visits. Prepare and organize admissions files while ensuring all required application materials are complete and accurately maintained. Coordinate admissions assessments and communicate scheduling and results with families and school leadership. Partner with the Director of Enrollment Management and leadership team members to evaluate applicants and facilitate admissions decisions. Support annual re-enrollment initiatives by assisting current families through the enrollment process. Assist with planning, coordinating, and hosting admissions events, information sessions, and community outreach activities. Monitor admissions metrics and assist with reporting on inquiry, application, and enrollment data. Maintain confidentiality of student and family information in accordance with school policies. Support other Enrollment Management initiatives at Greenway or other campuses and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 1 or more years of Admissions experience required, 3-5 years preferred Customer service experience, preferably in a school setting Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail orientated Driven, self-motivated, and able to work in both autonomous and collaborative environments Willingness to be flexible and available to work occasional weekend events and evening functions, as required, and able to work during school breaks, including summer.

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
