Job Summary The part-time Admissions, Records, and Registration Records Clerk supports the daily operations of the Records Vault and contributes to the accurate maintenance of student records. This position performs essential clerical and organizational tasks, including alphabetizing and filing documents, tracking record retention timelines, and scanning materials into a cloud-based database. The role is also responsible for organizing documents, restocking office supplies, and processing enrollment verifications. Quality Assurance review for documents prior to archiving. A strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance with FERPA guidelines is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently to ensure the integrity and accessibility of institutional records. Essential Functions 25% Alphabetizing and filing documents. 25% Scanning materials into a cloud-based database. 25% Processing A&R requests such as Enrollment Verifications, office supply orders, and restocking paper forms. 25% Quality Assurance review for documents prior to archiving based on retention schedule. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Prior administrative or clerical experience Detail Oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong reading, writing, and grammar skills
