Job Description

Job description: We are currently looking for a driven and passionate Intake Specialist to join our team. Intake Specialists conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas. If you're outgoing, great on the phone, and take pride in helping people, this is the job for you! Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and call potential clients as soon as possible; Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients; Collect appropriate information and provide concise summary both written and verbal; Confer with attorneys at every level of the Firm and provide the attorneys with a verbal and written summary of the calls; •Previous work in a law firm a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a must; Capable of working in a fast paced environment; Great on the phone; Excellent written and verbal skills; Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team; Very organized, with high attention to detail; Trustworthy, exercising confidentiality in all situations; Dedication and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong multi-tasking skills;
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
