Responsibilities Prepare espresso and brewed coffee beverages with consistency and precision Provide warm, thoughtful customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and front-of-house Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and café upkeep Participate in ongoing training and improvement of coffee skills We Are Looking For Previous barista experience requirement (1yr required) Naturally friendly and attentive to customer experience Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a team Reliable, punctual, and responsible Passion for coffee culture and continuous improvement Hours & Pay Part-time and full-time positions available $16.50-$17.50+/hour (depending on experience) + tips If you have prior café management or lead barista experience, final pay will be determined through the interview process.
