full-time Job Responsibilities Develop and implement the vision and structure for The Bay Church College in alignment with the churchs ministry goals and in collaboration with the Youth Network Lead. Partner with Northwest University to coordinate enrollment, communication, academic advising, and student support. Create sustainable, scalable systems for undergraduate, graduate, and internship programs. Lead marketing and recruitment across campuses in partnership with the Communications Team to build awareness and recruit high-potential applicants. Provide academic coaching and regular support sessions that help students navigate online learning, course planning, study skills, and peer engagement. Offer spiritual encouragement, mentorship, and practical support that foster students academic, vocational, and spiritual growth. Recruit, interview, place, and onboard interns while establishing clear expectations for interns and their ministry leaders. Facilitate leadership development and equip ministry leaders to mentor interns, provide feedback, and cultivate a healthy internship experience. Collaborate with executive leadership on program outcomes, long-term staffing development, annual budget planning, and responsible spending.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Core Competencies:

Drive For Results, Planning, Managing Through Systems, Interpersonal Savvy Minimum 3 years of experience in higher education, ministry leadership, or program coordination. Experience mentoring or supervising young adults and emerging leaders. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership development skills. Proven ability to coach students toward success in both academic and ministry settings. Bachelors degree required; degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with online learning platforms and academic success tools (or willingness to learn). Experience building sustainable programs and systems while managing multiple priorities and timelines. Ability to build trust and collaborate with students, ministry leaders, church teams, and university partners.
