Admissions Director (Full Time) Golden Haven Care Cente Golden Haven Care Center is seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Admissions Director to join our team. About the Role The Admissions Director plays a key role in welcoming new residents and ensuring a smooth transition into our facility. In this role, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. Conduct facility tours and pre-admission interviews with prospective residents and responsible parties. Explain facility services clearly and professionally. Receive, review, and respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, fax, and in person. Gather information from referrals and prepare summaries for team review. Collaborate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing to determine admission suitability. Follow up with newly admitted residents to ensure a positive transition and satisfaction with services. Schedule Monday to
Friday:
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Compensation $30-$33 per hour Requirements 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in a long-term care setting (supervisory experience preferred). Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement programs. Valid driver's license, clean DMV record, and insurability under the company's insurance policy. Ability to represent the company ethically and professionally while maintaining accountability.
