One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As an Education Professional, you will be a vital contributor to the planning, coordination, and delivery of essential healthcare-related educational and training programs. Every day, you will actively assist in scheduling and conducting diverse healthcare training programs. You will also provide direct coordination and/or instruction in various educational initiatives, ensuring effective learning experiences for all participants. To be successful in this role, you will combine strong organizational and presentation skills with a deep understanding of healthcare education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively engage and train diverse groups of healthcare professionals and staff. Creates and defines organizational education, training and development goals and objectives based on evaluation of organizational and individual needs. Organizes and coordinates resources to deliver education, training and development programs.

Job Requirements Education and Experience:

Master's degree in a related discipline/field from an accredited college or university. Minimum of three (3) years of education/healthcare-related experience and two (2) years of work experience in a supervisory role is required. Previous direct patient care experience is required.

Licensure:

Licensed clinician (e.g., registered nurse, occupational therapist, physician's assistant, etc.)
