This position is ideal for a motivated admissions professional with a strong background in closing behavioral health admissions and converting inbound inquiries into treatment admissions . Candidates must have experience working in a behavioral health admissions call center that accepts Out-of-Network (OON) insurance and be comfortable managing prospective clients and families throughout the admissions process. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls from prospective clients, families, and referral sources. Conduct initial screenings and identify appropriate treatment options. Effectively close qualified leads and convert inquiries into admissions . Educate clients and families on treatment programs, levels of care, and the admissions process. Work with insurance verification teams to navigate OON insurance benefits and financial considerations . Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients throughout the decision-making process. Coordinate admission dates, transportation, and other intake logistics. Accurately document all communication and admissions activity within the CRM. Meet individual and team admission and conversion goals. Qualifications Behavioral health admissions call center experience required. Experience working with Out-of-Network (OON) insurance is required. Proven success closing behavioral health admissions and meeting conversion goals. Experience with substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment programs strongly preferred. Strong sales, communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and families during high-stress situations. Experience with behavioral health CRM/admissions platforms is a plus. Why Join Us?
