Position:
Admissions Manager Target Compensation:
up to $ 200,000 / per year Base pay: $ 120,000 per year
Bonus:

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to lead and oversee admissions operations in our Newport Beach, CA location. This individual will be responsible for managing the admissions team, developing and executing admissions strategies, driving results, and working collaboratively with clinical, outreach, and other operational teams to support appropriate admissions and continued business growth. Responsibilities and Duties Must have prior experience in: Planning and executing admissions, outreach, and sales strategies. Managing admissions operations and ensuring strong follow-up and conversion of appropriate referrals. Building, managing, training, and motivating high-performing admissions or sales teams. Developing strategies to increase admissions and support business growth. Establishing performance goals and holding team members accountable for results. Monitoring admissions activity, performance metrics, and business development opportunities. Working collaboratively with clinical, outreach, and operational teams. Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. Taking initiative, solving problems, and consistently delivering results. Maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Prior experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, healthcare admissions, or a related field strongly preferred. Proven experience managing, training, and motivating admissions, sales, or business development teams. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that produce measurable results. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the admissions process and referral development within behavioral health or healthcare preferred. ONLY apply if you have the above experience and the ability to deliver results. Must have experience building, managing, training, and motivating sales or admissions teams.
