Skyforest, CA Job Details Seasonal $17 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Crowd management security protocols Full Job Description As an Admissions Representative, you are responsible for all Admissions/Guest Services duties and will report to the Admissions Supervisors. You will be taking care of daily operations of Admissions to achieve our mission to "Make Spirits Bright" for every guest and give them the best experience possible. Effective communication is required with guests to solve issues in a professional, friendly, timely and mutually satisfactory manner. The goal is to build relationships with our guests by understanding their needs and doing what you can to meet them. Position is Seasonal/Temporary and requires availability on weekends and holidays.Responsibilities:
Greet guests entering the park with a smile and a positive attitude. Maintain a detailed knowledge about SkyPark hours of operation and prices. Communicate clearly and professionally when working with fellow employees and guests. Handles a high traffic/stress area in a calm, respectable manor. Have a clear understanding and knowledge of the CenterEdge POS System to handle any transactions, including: credit card/cash ticket sales, reservations, refunds (with manager approval), date changes, group sales special requests, processing discounts, closing out the tills, etc. Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs of SkyPark. Make sure all waivers are signed by guests and saved before entering the park. Following all cleaning procedures assigned by Supervisors, checking off each item. Provide the highest quality of service. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and also under pressure. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Must display good, unbiased, judgement at all times. Must display organizational skills. Must perform duties in an ever changing environment. Have a strong background in Customer Service and Sales. Must be comfortable with crowd control. Must be comfortable on feet all day and can lift 50lbs or more.
