In this role, you will manage the inquiry and admissions process, build relationships with local healthcare providers, and ensure a smooth transition for our residents.

Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) Key Responsibilities Manage the complete resident admissions process. Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally. Coordinate with hospitals, discharge planners, and physicians. Review clinical data to determine eligibility. Conduct tours for prospective residents and families. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate bed management and occupancy logs. Requirements 2+ years of admissions experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care. Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care insurances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build networks with local hospitals.
