Campus Culture Coordinator Colorado Early Colleges - 3.4 Aurora, CO Job Details Full-time $48,628.80 a year 21 hours ago Qualifications Restorative practices in classroom management Restorative justice disciplinary approach Full Job Description Anticipated start date is September 8th, 2026 Position Purpose The Campus Culture Coordinator works under the supervision of the Dean of Students and is responsible for providing for the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors. Job Duties Upholds CECs beliefs found on the CEC website. Employs CECs mission statement in all decisions. Provides supervision of students throughout the day, specifically in cafeteria, common areas, hallways, parking lot, and school grounds. Maintains radio communication with appropriate staff. Assists staff, students, and parents in resolving student behavioral and disciplinary problems in a consistent manner. Arranges meetings when appropriate with students, parents, and staff regarding disciplinary problems in school. Instructs and advises students regarding their responsibility to adhere to school rules and policies, to foster a safe school environment, and to respect other individuals and property. Assists in resolving conflict between students. Reports security issues, illegal/questionable activities, and student disciplinary actions to the Head of School. When appropriate, detains students for alleged misconduct and involves appropriate staff or law enforcement. Updates and maintains detailed student disciplinary records in IC in accordance with CEC policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include working with the Head of School on Safe2Tell notifications and threat assessments; working closely with the Safety and Security Training Coordinator regarding safety drills, Emergency Operations Procedures manual, and other required safety and security trainings; and being a key member of the schools Incident Command team. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2 years of experience in conflict resolution, restorative practices, family engagement. Bilingual is preferred.
