BVSD Summary:
4-week season starting 3/23/27 to 4/13/27. Seasonal pay is $900. Daily practice from 3:15 to 4:30 PM and on Wednesday from 3:35 to 4:30 PM, the season will have two play days. The position is supervised and evaluated by the athletic director.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective offensive and defensive strategies for games. Create and lead daily practices, focusing on fundamental skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among players. Provide constructive feedback and motivation to players to improve their game. Manage and care for team equipment. Work with the Athletic Assistant for team travel arrangements. Act as a positive role model for student-athletes.

Certifications:
First Aid and CPR certification may be required.
Experience:
Previous playing and coaching experience in soccer is highly desirable.
Skills:
Excellent soccer knowledge, including understanding of game rules and strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to develop training programs for individual and team improvement. Knowledge of exercise science, player conditioning, and fitness.
