Job Description

Position Purpose:
The Senior Director of Enrollment provides strategic leadership and organizational oversight for student enrollment at Charis Bible College. This role establishes enrollment strategy, goals, systems, and accountability across the prospective-student journey while aligning Recruitment, Marketing, enrollment operations, and other key partners to support sustainable growth and a consistent, mission-aligned student experience.
Essential Duties:
Develop and lead enrollment strategy aligned with the mission, institutional priorities, and annual enrollment goals. Provide strategic oversight for the prospective-student journey from initial inquiry through completed enrollment. Establish enrollment goals, key performance indicators, forecasting, and reporting rhythms to measure progress and inform decisions. Lead and develop enrollment and recruitment leaders and teams, creating clear priorities, accountability, and effective operating rhythms. Coordinate enrollment priorities across Recruitment, Marketing, enrollment operations, academics, finance, and other key departments. Evaluate and improve enrollment processes, systems, technology, and communication strategies to strengthen service, efficiency, and conversion. Use enrollment data and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic adjustments, and provide timely recommendations to leadership. Develop and steward enrollment plans, budgets, staffing resources, and initiatives in support of organizational goals. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong strategic leadership and enrollment-management capability. Ability to interpret enrollment data, trends, forecasts, and performance indicators and translate them into actionable strategy. Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, develop teams, establish accountability, and manage competing priorities. Excellent cross-functional communication, collaboration, and organizational alignment skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong process-improvement, systems-thinking, judgment, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a mission-driven, ministry-focused organizational environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive organizational and student information. Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Must sign the Statement of Faith. A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. A college degree in a related field is preferred. A Charis Bible College graduate is preferred. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
Progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, higher education, or a closely related field; senior-level leadership experience preferred. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
