Full Job Description Admissions Director Job Summary:
Civita Care Northbridge is seeking an Admissions Director to join our dynamic care team in Bridgeport, Connecticut. As a vital member of our team, you will assist in the planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and overall operations of all admissions directed by the Director of Admissions.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of all admissions to the facility in accordance with budgeted census projections Represent the facility to potential residents, families, hospitals, and other referral sources in a positive and professional manner Know and comply with facility Privacy Practices policies and procedures and educate residents and families in the same Assist in the coordination of all admission activities and documentation with all respective departments Maintain comprehensive documentation, in accordance with state and federal regulations Act as a liaison between the facility and all community groups and agencies Assist in the implementation of the facility marketing plan as deemed appropriate Utilize appropriate sales/marketing techniques Maintain budgeted census mix Ensure detailed completion of all admission, discharge, and transfer records manually and computer-generated Has knowledge of admission computer software and able to utilize it effectively Assist in providing ongoing assistance to potential residents and their families in negotiating a successful placement
Education and Experience:
Minimum of an Associate's degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field Minimum of one (1) year experience in a skilled nursing facility or Assisted Living facility
