Job Description

Job Description The Senior Associate Athletic Director serves as chief of staff to the Director of Athletics, supporting departmental operations and initiatives. This role provides oversight of select varsity sports, ensuring alignment with institutional values and competitive excellence. The position also will support the Deputy Athletic Director with NCAA compliance efforts, maintaining adherence to Division III regulations and fostering a culture of integrity. The Senior Associate collaborates across campus to advance student-athlete success and departmental priorities. Responsibilities Serve as chief of staff for Director of Athletics Optimize quality and frequency of departmental meetings Provide sport oversight for selected varsity sports Provide game day presence for home and away contests (includes nights and weekends) Supports Deputy AD in all NCAA compliance efforts Liaison to several external and internal campus stakeholders to maximize efficiency and timely responsiveness Serves on departmental, conference and national committees as necessary Supports students and staff in concert with Director of Athletics and Deputy Athletic Director Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of experience
