Job Description

RMS is a nonprofit organization that has served adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities in CT for the past 30 plus years. We are looking for a qualified, compassionate Program Supervisor to work in our Waterbury area. The Program Supervisor supports management in ensuring that the residential programs are in compliance with DDS regulation and RMS policies and procedures. You will work under the direction of the Area Director and provide supervision and training for employees and any other duties designated by the Area Director and the Executive Director.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Services and 2 years of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities Bachelors degree in Human Services and 3 years experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities

Effectively partners with Area Director and Management Teams to achieve positive outcomes Provide leadership, support and guidance to management and staff Assists management teams with hiring, training, and on-going development and supervision of program and employees Responsible for on-call duties in region in absence of Area Director Full Time Position •
