Hiring Now! The Dean of Academic Affairs provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for academic programs across the institution. The Dean works collaboratively with faculty, department chairs, and senior leadership to advance the institution's academic mission. Responsibilities Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs Oversee curriculum design, academic standards, and program quality assurance Support and evaluate faculty performance, hiring, and professional development.
