This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism, urgency, and empathy. What you'll do

• Answer high volume inbound calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Conduct intake screenings and gather necessary information.
• Verify insurance and explain financial responsibilities
• Coordinate admissions and facilitate client placement
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up
