We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Program Director to lead the ACGME application process and build a premier training environment on Florida s West Coast. This is a unique opportunity to design and grow a high-quality academic program within a thriving, rapidly expanding community. The residency will be based at our 190-bed community hospital recognized for excellence in CMS quality metrics, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. We are seeking a collaborative clinician-educator with: A passion for resident education A strong background in graduate medical education At least three years of leadership experience within an ACGME-accredited program The role will begin as a consulting position during the accreditation process and transition to a .5 FTE Program Director role upon program approval, with the remaining FTE dedicated to clinical Emergency Medicine practice.
