We are a healthcare-focused career school offering programs in Nursing (RN), Medical Assisting (MA), and Dental Assisting (DA). Our mission is to prepare students for meaningful careers in healthcare through hands-on training, academic excellence, and career support.
Position Summary:
The Campus President serves as the senior leader of the Fort Lauderdale campus, responsible for driving enrollment growth, academic quality, student success, and operational excellence. This individual must have a strong background in higher education leadership, with proven admissions management experience and a track record of achieving enrollment and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and daily management of campus operations, including admissions, academics, compliance, and student services. Oversee admissions strategies to drive enrollment growth while ensuring an excellent student experience. Lead, mentor, and develop staff and faculty to ensure alignment with institutional goals. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Manage budgets, resources, and campus performance metrics. Foster strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to promote the school's reputation and community presence. Drive student outcomes by ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and graduation rates. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in higher education leadership, with a strong emphasis on admissions and enrollment management . Proven success managing campus operations in a career or healthcare-focused school. Strong financial acumen and budget management experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements in higher education.
