Fractional Financial Aid Director Academy of Career Training - 5.0 Kissimmee, FL Job Details Full-time $26 - $29 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Filing English Academic accreditation requirements Educational compliance and regulation understanding Financial aid administration Leadership Title IV regulations Educational assistance administration Full Job Description About the role We're looking for an experienced Title IV administrator to own financial aid for a small clock-hour cosmetology school on a fractional basis. Our accreditation is with NACCAS and we're licensed by the Florida Commission for Independent Education. What you'll do Administer Title IV aid end to end — packaging, awarding, disbursement, and reconciliation Process ISIRs, complete verification, and resolve C-codes and conflicting information Submit Pell and Direct Loan originations and disbursements through COD, and keep them reconciled Prepare and submit reimbursement requests under Heightened Cash Monitoring, with the supporting documentation each one needs Perform Return of Title IV Funds calculations within required timeframes and process resulting refunds Monitor and clear student credit balances within the required window Reconcile Title IV disbursements to individual student records in our system of record Keep NSLDS enrollment reporting accurate and current Prepare FISAP and support IPEDS financial aid reporting Maintain the policies and procedures manual and keep student files audit-ready Support the annual compliance audit, the change-of-ownership review, and any program review Advise the CEO and leadership on regulatory risk and what it means operationally What we're looking for 3+ years administering Title IV aid at a proprietary or clock-hour institution Direct experience with Heightened Cash Monitoring, or comparable reimbursement-based disbursement Working knowledge of 34 CFR Part 668, R2T4, and satisfactory academic progress in a clock-hour context Practical command of COD, G5, NSLDS, and FAA Access Comfortable being the single point of accountability rather than part of a larger aid office Able to work independently with limited supervision and report clearly to leadership Nice to have Experience at a NACCAS-accredited institution Prior change-of-ownership or recertification experience Familiarity with Boston Ed / E-Masters Florida CIE licensing experience
Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation:
$26.00-$29.00/hr.
