CE Professional SESCO Lighting Inc - 3.1 Maitland, FL Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Staff supervision Microsoft Outlook Sales Customer service Presentations for conferences or internal meetings Educational talks Team management Full Job Description Position summary: The CE Professional is responsible for the development, accreditation, and delivery of lighting education programs that provide Continuing Education (CE) credits to architects, interior designers, engineers, and other industry professionals. This role is responsible for the educational content creation, presentation delivery, and partners with our SESCO Sales Reps to support customer engagement and industry education initiatives.
Position responsibilities:
Direct and manage all training activities of direct reports Develop, maintain, and submit accredited Continuing Education (CE) presentations and course materials for approval Responsible for the delivery of engaging lighting education presentations that qualify for continuing education credits Provide lighting-related educational presentations for industry events, customer meetings, and professional organizations. Partner with the SESCO sales team to deliver educational programs as a value-added service to customers Continuously evaluate and update educational content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and industry compliance Serve as a trusted lighting resource for customers, architects, interior designers, engineers, and sales personnel Other duties as assigned by manager
Essential Skills:
Prior CE Presentation experience Staff Management Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to effectively communicate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other design professionals Experience within the lighting, electrical, architectural, or design industries Previous sales or customer-facing experience Must be proficient on word, excel, power point, outlook, and internet research Must be available to travel at least 40%
