Admissions Representative ICR Florida Education Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $17 - $22 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Spanish Customer service English High school diploma or GED Student admissions Technical Proficiency Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description ICR Florida Education is seeking a motivated, organized, and service-oriented Admissions Representative to support prospective students throughout the admissions process at our North Miami Beach campus. In this role, you will guide prospective students from their initial inquiry through enrollment by providing accurate program information, responsive communication, and consistent, professional follow-up. This is a goal-oriented position in which success is measured by the quality, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of the service and communication you provide to prospective students.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly and professionally to new prospective-student inquiries received through phone, text, email, and other approved communication channels. Conduct consistent, high-quality outbound outreach and follow-up to prospective students who have expressed interest in the institution's programs. Schedule and conduct admissions appointments and campus tours. Build rapport and understand prospective students' educational interests and career goals in order to provide relevant information. Present programs, schedules, tuition, financial obligations, and admissions requirements clearly, accurately, and in accordance with the institution's published disclosures. Provide all required consumer and program disclosures to prospective students prior to enrollment. Assist prospective students with applications and required admissions documentation. Partner with Financial Aid and other departments to support prospective students through a compliant enrollment process. Follow up on missed appointments and re-engage inactive inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all prospective-student interactions within the institution's CRM. Meet established standards, including appointments scheduled, responsiveness, consistency and volume of outreach and accuracy of information provided in CRM. Adhere at all times to the institution's admissions policies, FERPA, and all applicable COE and Florida Commission for Independent Education (CIE) requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Two (2) or more years of experience in admissions, customer service, inside sales, recruiting, call-center, or another goal-driven role. Career, vocational, technical, or higher-education admissions experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to meet activity, quality, and service standards in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent phone presence, responsiveness, and follow-up discipline; comfortable managing a high volume of outbound communication. Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and persistent. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software. Understanding of, or the ability to learn and consistently apply federal Title IV, FERPA, COE, and Florida CIE requirements governing student recruitment and admissions.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
