Job Description

Regional Director of Enrollment Strategy & Admissions Miami-Dade County, FL (In-Person) Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Drive Growth. Build Teams. Change Lives Through Career Education. CBT Technology Institute is seeking a results-driven Director to lead admissions operations across multiple campuses. This role is responsible for driving enrollment growth, developing high-performing admissions teams, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a student-centered enrollment experience. We are looking for an experienced leader from the career college, vocational, technical, or trade school who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of career-focused education. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Admissions Representatives across multiple campuses. Drive enrollment performance through coaching, accountability, and process improvement. Monitor and improve key enrollment metrics including leads, appointments, interviews, applications, enrollments, and start rates. Establish performance standards and ensure consistent execution across campuses. Analyze enrollment trends and develop action plans to achieve growth objectives. Partner with Marketing, Financial Aid, Student Services, and Campus Leadership to maximize enrollment results. Utilize CRM and reporting tools to manage pipeline activity and admissions effectiveness. Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top admissions talent. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in admissions, enrollment, or student recruitment within a career college, vocational school, technical institute, trade school, or proprietary education environment. Experience leading multi-campus or regional admissions teams preferred. Strong understanding of admissions operations, enrollment management, lead conversion, and student recruitment strategies. Proven track record of achieving enrollment goals and developing successful teams. Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
