This role leads all aspects of annual philanthropy, including donor engagement, volunteer management, communications, and data-driven fundraising strategies. The position works collaboratively across departments to build a strong culture of philanthropy, increase participation, and maximize unrestricted giving from parents, alumni, faculty/staff, and friends of the AFA. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of experience in fundraising, advancement, or related field (independent school experience preferred) Demonstrated success in annual fund or donor engagement programs Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies Experience managing volunteers and cross-functional teams High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to the School's mission
