About Us:
We are a growing primary mental health treatment company dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Our team is committed to helping individuals achieve long-term wellness through evidence-based practices and a supportive treatment environment.
Schedule Available:
2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm (weekend availability required)
Position Overview:
The Admissions Coordinator plays a key role in guiding prospective clients and their families through the intake process. This individual serves as the first point of contact for many clients, helping them feel supported and informed from their initial call through admission. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the behavioral health treatment field and have a strong background in customer service or phone sales.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and web submissions in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. Provide detailed information about program services, levels of care, and treatment philosophy. Conduct preliminary screenings to ensure appropriate clinical and program fit. Coordinate admissions logistics, including scheduling assessments, gathering necessary documentation, and communicating with clients and families. Collaborate with clinical and operations staff to ensure a seamless intake process. Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and support decision-making. Meet or exceed inquiry-to-admission conversion benchmarks.
Qualifications:
Experience working in the behavioral health treatment field required. Prior admissions experience preferred but not required. Background in customer service or phone sales strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/EMR systems a plus. Compassionate, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
