The Full-time Admissions Assistant position is Dayshift, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Admissions with marketing initiatives and admissions processes. Coordinate and process new resident admissions, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately. Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families. Review referral information to determine admission eligibility. Verify insurance coverage for prospective admissions. Manage a high volume of admissions, phone calls, inquiries, and referrals while providing excellent customer service. Full-time Admissions Assistant qualifications include:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required Associate's Degree preferred 2 year of Admissions Experience required 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred Experience working in a nonprofit environment preferred Genuine passion for working with elders Excellent customer service and communication/phone skills Good Computer, Typing and Communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Other duties may be assigned as needed
