Join Our Mission Child Saving Institute (CSI) is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and strategic Director of Residential Treatment to provide leadership across our residential treatment programs on the Children's Square Campus. This role is well‑suited for a leader who brings both clinical expertise and operational vision , thrives in high‑acuity environments, and is deeply committed to trauma‑informed, child‑centered care. What You'll Do As the Director of Residential Treatment , you will provide administrative, clinical, and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and individualized residential treatment services for children and youth.
Responsibilities include:
Leading PMIC services, BHIS programming, and residential treatment operations Supervising the PMIC Treatment Manager, BHIS staff, and PMIC therapists Ensuring compliance with COA standards, state licensing, Medicaid regulations, and CSI policies Guiding interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning Promoting trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and family‑centered care Overseeing program quality, outcomes, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), and fiscal accountability Providing leadership during crisis response, safety planning, and incident review Collaborating with medical, psychiatric, educational, and outpatient partners to ensure continuity of care In short: You'll lead complex residential treatment programs with integrity, compassion, and a focus on positive outcomes for children and families.
