Job Description

Iowa Central Community College is seeking dependable and enthusiastic individuals to assist with home athletic events. Athletic Event Staff play a key role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-organized experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and fans.
Responsibilities:
Gate Keepers/Ticket Takers:
Greet guests, check tickets, collect admissions, and provide event information.
Ball Shaggers:
Assist athletic teams and officials by retrieving and returning balls during games. Provide excellent customer service and represent Iowa Central in a positive manner. Follow directions from athletic staff and ensure event procedures are upheld.
Qualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and professional. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to remain attentive during events. Previous experience not required; training provided.
Work Schedule & Pay:
Hours vary depending on home athletic events.
