When a visit or teaching opportunity is not possible, candidates may be invited to interview through Zoom and asked to send a video recording of a class they've taught Admissions Coordinator The Admissions Coordinator is a valued member of the Pella Christian Advancement Team and plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Pella Christian Schools. Serving as the first point of connection for prospective families, this position helps welcome mission-aligned families into a Christ-centered educational community that empowers students to join in God's restorative work. Working collaboratively, the Admissions Coordinator builds meaningful relationships with families from their first inquiry through enrollment and integration into the life of the school. This role combines hospitality, communication, and strategic enrollment efforts. In partnership with the Advancement Team, the Admissions Coordinator also supports events, communications, and initiatives that strengthen relationships throughout the broader Pella Christian community, including parents, students, grandparents, alumni, donors, and prospective families. This is a highly relational and rewarding position that directly contributes to the growth and vitality of the school while helping families experience the transformational impact of Christian education.
