Overview of Residential Learning Coordinator The Residential Learning Coordinator (RLC) is responsible for creating and supporting a combined community of 950 on campus residents as well as supervise/aid in the growth and development of student staff members. The RLC will oversee the daily operations of a residence hall community in conjunction with the Assistant Director for Residential Education and participate in a housing on-call duty rotation. Experience in higher education is preferred. Two years of professional or graduate experience managing college housing or related areas is preferred.

pnw.edu/human-resources/benefits/ Education of Residential Learning Coordinator Bachelor's degree required Experience of Residential Learning Coordinator 1-2 years of experience in Housing/Student Affairs/Counseling as well as have experience in emergency response Preferred previous experience living in a college housing environment and obtained supervisory experience (student staff preferred). Two years of Graduate school experience will count as one-year full time experience.
