The Director cultivates a caring community that mentors student-athletes spiritually and athletically while pursuing competitive excellence. Responsibilities include recruiting, budgeting, scheduling, and facility management, ensuring all operations reflect integrity and compliance with NAIA, conference, and institutional regulations.
