Job Description

Are you a go getter that loves helping people? We are looking for professionals with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve our patients in our Outpatient Rehab. This is a full-time position working 8am to 5pm; M-F, and a weekend rotation at $20.90/hour. Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute is a single specialty orthopedic hospital. We are physician owned hospital and practices. We have been serving the Kansas City area for over 25 years. Job Function:
As an Admissions Representative you will promote a high level of customer service and a caring environment for our patients.
Responsibilities include:
Opening and closing duties Greeting and registering patients Pre-registration Scheduling appointments Insurance Verifications Collecting and posting copays and deductibles Tracking visits and authorizations Preparing admissions paperwork Admitting patients Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Medical Field:
1 year (Preferred) Excellent Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
