Do you love creating a safe, positive, high-energy environment for kids? We're seeking a Program Director to lead our Summer Camp and After-school program with excellence, enthusiasm, and heart.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays) Your Role As our Program Director , you will: Oversee daily program operations Lead and coach a team of coaches to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences Build positive relationships with families, team members, and the community Plan and supervise daily schedules, transitions, and activities Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that supports every child's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and licensing representatives
