Painter

Responsibilities Apply powder coat and 2-part paint to forklift components. Perform prep work such as cleaning, sanding, and sandblasting. Load and unload parts on conveyor lines. Maintain correct color, specifications, and quality. Operate and maintain spray equipment and perform routine cleaning. Follow safety and PPE rules in a manufacturing environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in industrial painting and use of spray guns. Experience with paint booths, sandblasting, and powder coating. Ability to use air tools, hand tools, and occasionally operate an overhead crane. Physical ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for long periods. Basic math skills and ability to follow work instructions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production, coating, and general labor tasks. Work Environment Work in a heavy manufacturing environment focused on forklift production with fast-paced production lines. The role involves physical work such as standing for most of the shift, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berea, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
