3 yrs Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements Sitting for long periods of time, lifting objects up to 25lbs, Shift Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Job Summary The Assistant Faculty Affairs Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for faculty lifecycle processes including Appointment, Promotion, and Tenure; annual faculty processes; accreditation documentation; and faculty immigration coordination. This role works closely with department chairs, division chiefs, faculty, and college leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant faculty personnel actions.
