Job Description

Position Summary:

This position serves as part of the Creative Arts Team to lead worship for Sunday services and events.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

Lead worship for our weekend services on a regularly scheduled basis at any of our campus locations Lead worship for large events and worship events as needed Be fully prepared and present for all rehearsals as scheduled Connect regularly with your supervisor for mentorship and development Submit your hours regularly through Southland's Paycor account Attend staff meetings if other work schedules allow Other Duties as assigned The schedule for this position includes a weeknight rehearsal (~2hours) as well as, ~7 hours on Sundays at varying campus locations.
