— MC Electric ⚡️ MC Electric is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our growing team! We are looking for people who are reliable, have a strong work ethic, take pride in their work, and are willing to learn. Electrical experience is preferred, but you do not necessarily have to be licensed to apply. We are willing to consider applicants with hands-on electrical experience who are looking to continue developing their skills.
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Licensed electricians: Top-tier pay based on qualifications and experience.
Experienced electricians/helpers:
Starting pay will be determined based on your current skill level and experience.
Entry-level applicants:
No license required; the right person with a willingness to learn may be considered. 30-day evaluation: Your performance, reliability, work ethic, skill level, and ability to work independently will be evaluated after your first month. Pay increases may be given based on performance and demonstrated abilities. We are looking for someone who is serious about working, shows up on time, works well with others, follows directions, and wants an opportunity to grow with the company.

$17.00 - $50.00 per hour
